I wanted to share our experience with the enrollment process at Buttercups Bassendean. Overall, we have had a positive journey with this childcare center, with my son attending for over three years (formerly Amare) and receiving great support from the caring staff.
However, we must express our disappointment regarding the enrollment of our younger child, who is a sibling of our current attendee. Despite providing nearly a
year's notice and our long-standing relationship with the center, we were unable to secure a spot for our second child. This unexpected turn of events left us in a challenging situation, as we hoped to keep both children together for convenience and familiarity.
Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to switch both children to another daycare center in the end. It was not an easy choice, considering the positive experiences we had at Buttercups Bassendean.
While we acknowledge accomodating and managing waitlists can be a complex task, we believe that Buttercups Bassendean can improve its enrollment process by giving careful consideration to families who have been loyal to the center and have provided ample notice for sibling placements. It would make a world of difference to families like ours who value the continuity and ease of having their children in the same daycare setting.
Despite this setback, I still appreciate the care and support that Buttercups Bassendean has provided to my family over the years. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration and helps to enhance the enrollment process for the benefit of all families involved.
