Welcome to Avenues Early Learning Centre Paddington

Avenues Early Learning Centre – Paddington is a purpose built, multilevel, architecturally designed Early Learning Service. Avenues Paddington is a large 140 place service with high quality education and care being the priority since the beginning.

Inside the restored heritage listed church that we now call The Hub – we have a multi-purpose hall, this is utilised daily as another classroom with Reggio Emilia inspired focuses by all children and educators as well as all our community gatherings, family information evenings and graduations. This space is connected to a large, fully stocked library which is all included within our dedicated Kindergarten program run by experienced Bachelor Qualified Teachers.

The 6 weeks – 2 years age spaces are located on Level 3 with a large, well shaded outside play space, with an extra play area for our 2 year old’s overlooking The Hub.

On Level 1, our 3-5 year old children have a large well shaded play space, large sandpit and Atelier.
Our highly qualified and experienced educators plan programs for both indoors and outdoors to maximise opportunities for children’s learning and development based around the children’s unique interests. The environment is set up to provide children with access to resources to follow on with their ideas throughout the day.

Throughout our service we are fortunate to have a large team of dedicated educators from varied cultural backgrounds that support all families with their transitions into care and share with us their knowledge of a diverse world.

• Queensland Kindergarten Program - Queensland Kindergarten program run by a registered Early Childhood Teacher
• Hush Little Baby Music Program & Art Program included in the fees
• Strong Numeracy and Literacy Focus throughout curriculum
• Mandarin classes: children take part in regular Mandarin classes delivered by our Mandarin teacher
• Interactive Whiteboard in Kindergarten room
• All the essentials - meals, nappies, sunscreen, sheets for rest
• Outdoors Sustainability Program
