Dear Phuong, unfortunately we have no record of your son ever attending our child care centre. You either have a false name or have chosen to write on behalf of a family who have already being reported to Police. In the example below and reported to Police, which sounds exactly like the story you are reporting, police were notified of the behaviour of a parent who entered the premise and began unlawfully filming children, parents and educators. She recorded them even though our staff asked repeatedly for her to stop. Further, this same parent posted publicly on an internal communications program, Storypark, naming another child in the Centre and blaming them for hurting her child. Not only was the incorrect child named, but it was also a direct breech in our policies to mention any child in a public post. The information she shared was factually incorrect. This family have a complete disregard for children's privacy and that will not be tolerated in our service at any time. This matter was investigated and closed out many months ago however the families’ childcare fees remain outstanding. Your time would be better spent contacting the family and requesting they make payment for services rendered. Kind Regards
