Emali Early Learning Centre - Broadview

Both my kids have gone to this centre and have had a great time the educators and past directors have been wonderful to deal with. Sadly the new assistant director Guitta has let down the experience I have had with this centre. I have found it difficult to deal with her in the following situations. 1 . Called asked what the notice period is , she said I think it is 2 weeks, and could not confirm or advise me that she will confirm and get back to me . As an assistant director you should have the knowledge of this . 2 . When going in for drop of or pick ups she i have noticed she is always stressed out and is finding it hard to deal with children , she should not be in this a field of being around kids stress her out . I find her not able to deal with different kind of kids and the difficulty they might have . 3 . Does not greet parents or smiles , it is very important as the face of the centre to have these qualities. 4. My daughter’s last day she saw us and did not even say good bye to my daughter , she told me her things are in the bag and walked off . Sadly this is the first time I have had this experience with this centre as all the directors have been lovely and very welcoming. I will Also be putting in some feedback about her to the directors of Emali so they can help get the the training she needs to be good at her job
