About Goodstart Early Learning Cheltenham

Goodstart Cheltenham caters to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, providing a safe and nurturing space for them to learn and grow. The educators recognise and understand that every child has a different learning style and needs, tailoring the program to each individual child. Respecting children as capable and active learners, the educators help to lay the foundations of learning the children will carry with them for life.

The purpose-built outdoor play space provides a nature-based environment for the children to explore. With sandpits there is also a veggie garden and worm farm and a messy play area. The outdoor space has ample shaded areas to allow for sun-safe and all-weather play.

The spacious open plan indoor spaces provide the children with access to a range of different resources. Through individual play, small group experiences and large group activities, the children learn and discover new things every day.

Located in the heart of Cheltenham, the centre is easy to access via public transport or car with ample car parking available on site. Why not book a tour of this cosy and comfortable centre today?

This used to be a fabulous centre. They still have some fantastic educators, however, since Julia Foldes has taken over from the previous sensational manager it's gone downhill on an incomprehensibly fast trajectory and many of the fantastic staff have left (and it's not hard to see why and the negative effect she's had on the remaining staff). You used to see management in the office daily and bubbly happy educators. You will now go months without seeing anyone in the office at all. There appears to be no one running the centre, communication is poor and the previously bubbly staff have seeming lost all enjoyment in the centre. They have overfilled the centre with kids to the detriment of others who have been there for years, clearly making financial decisions over the children's best interests and contradictory to what they previously communicated was in the children's best interest. Hopefully Goodstart hierarchy see how much the standard has dropped and move Julia on shortly as she is rude, unhelpful, lazy and has a genuine lack of care for the children and really does not appear to want to be there. I would not send my children here while Julia is still involved and I am actively seeking alternative arrangements for my child who used to love going there with her friends, but now hates it as she was separated from all her friends by Julia's incompetent management.
