Overall this place looks great but they continually do not keep children safe and the bullies and tormentors belong to staff!! Not good enough

I don't know what happened to the once amazing centre I took my child to. I assume it has something to do with the change in staff positions and how often staff members are quitting. My daughter used to be so excited to go and eventually began to be too scared to enter the room when I would drop her off. On 4 occasions, I had to sign an incident report of my child being hit, cut or bitten by the same child. I assumed there would be zero tolerance to bullying but I was told that kids would be kids. After hearing this, I decided to pull her out of the daycare. I had also told the manager that I had left a domestic violence relationship which meant there were no contact drop offs and was arranging mediation so they were completely aware of the changes. The centre have been liaising with him behind my back and arranged to re-enrol her despite the bullying. What a joke. She isn't even in the fathers care on some of the days he's arranged for her to attend and does not even have access to her birth certificate or immunisation details to finalise the enrolment as he's not her primary carer. I'm extremely disappointed in the management at this centre and would not recommend anyone to send their child here.

We have been very happy with the care and services provided by the team at Green Leaves. The Centre is always clean, the food is delicious and the staff friendly. They bring external people into the Centre to provide additional experiences and learning opportunities. My eldest daughter is currently learning some basic sign language, but has done music, gym, dance and yoga to name a few. On the odd occasion where I have expressed a concern or queried something, I have always felt heard and the Centre leaders have actioned it immediately. :-)

My daughter has been attending for the last 2yrs and the teachers in her rooms have made her feel welcomed and understood. She is always happy when she comes home from the centre and loves telling us about her day and all the fun activities she has done. The lovely staff at the front desk even offer to help out and hold my newborn while I drop her off to her room to make her feel that little bit more safe. Have never had any issues and happy to recommend centre to family & friends
