Kidz Prints Pre-school

I was fortunate to complete two of my university ECT placements (6 weeks in total) at Kids Printz Narrabeen, and I have nothing but praise for the centre and its incredible educators. With five years of prior experience working in early childhood education, I can confidently say that the care, curriculum and relationships fostered at Kids Printz are exceptional and stand out from other centres. Many centres excel in one or two areas, such as the educational resources, physical space, their program, cleanliness, low staff turnover, or highly experienced educators. However, Kids Printz Narrabeen stands out by excelling in all these areas at an exceptional level. While many services may appear impressive on the surface, they often fall short of upholding their philosophy in practice—this is certainly not the case at Kids Printz Narrabeen. The educators are nurturing, experienced, and, most importantly, genuinely care about the children. However, the outstanding team doesn’t stop at the educators in the room—the owner and area manager are also exceptional. They genuinely care for their employees, the children and their families. It is rare to see the owner of an ECE service on site, but at Kids Printz, the owner is frequently present. Holding ECE qualifications himself to be able to step in to help staff with lunch breaks and programming, even being counted in ratio when needed. The children have a strong relationship with him and I witnessed their excitement when he arrived, which speaks volumes about the positive environment and relationships he fosters. While I’m not a parent myself, I know that if I were, I’d feel completely at ease enrolling my child here, confident that they would be safe, valued as an individual and supported by passionate, dedicated educators. I’m deeply grateful to the team at Kids Printz for the insights I’ve gained during my time here on placement and look forward to applying all I have learnt from their experienced educators to my own teaching pedagogy.
