We understand how challenging it can be for a child to transition into childcare for the first time. Our team made every effort to help your child settle, but we recognise that every child’s journey is unique. Regarding fees and the CCS process, we’re required to follow government guidelines, including notice periods, which can understandably feel rigid in difficult circumstances. We completely empathise with the financial strain this has caused. Delays in eligible CCS and refunds are managed by Centrelink and, unfortunately, are beyond our control, but we understand how stressful waiting for these funds can be. We’re happy to assist with any further clarification or support. Please know that we care deeply about the well-being of the families we work with, and we are always open to feedback to improve how we communicate and support parents.
