The philosophy of Preethi family daycare to recognise that the early years of a child life are very important for their present and future development and well being. I will build effective partnerships with families that will help us to promote children’s health and well being. The relationships with children and their families will be responsive and respectful. I support families are in their parenting role and their values and beliefs about children learning as respective.

Each child learning is based on its interests and knowledge. I will extend learning through spontaneous experiences and intentional teaching and scaffold the development of each child as an individual who can grow his/her separate identity and quality, yet still work and contribute constructively within a group.

Ensure that the educational program and practice is stimulating, engaging and offer open-ended experiences to enhance children’s learning and development. To Provide cognitive stimulation and education through a variety of experiences. To promote the development of fine and gross motor skills, exercise, sleep and rest periods which will ensure each child feels love, secure and a sense of belonging to our daycare.

Overall the aim is to provide holistic approaches and meet the highest quality education and care across EYLF and MTOP all areas.
