ABOUT US

Rothwell Kids Early Learning Centre has recently undergone extensive internal and external renovations. We treat each child with respect and dignity and allow children the freedom to grow as individuals. We endeavour to provide our children with a sense of Belonging where they feel accepted and are able to develop attachments and trust in their Educators. It’s our aim to work with all Families to provide a nurturing and stimulating early learning environment for all children in our care.

At Rothwell Kids Early Learning Centre we embrace and celebrate all cultures. We provide ongoing support for all families through the transition from home into their new learning environment within the child care setting.

We uphold and respect the importance of families being the first and foremost educators of their children. This is supported through the collection and sharing of information about each individual child between the families and the educators.

We openly welcome families to participate in our service by establishing an Open Door Policy and we are open 52 weeks a year and closed only for Public Holidays. Our team are experienced, professional, dedicated and creative long-standing staff.

We have a wonderful Bachelor trained Early Childhood Teacher delivering the Kindergarten program for children preparing to enter Prep and our children are able to participate in a range of programs including STEM with an interactive TV and iPads for exclusive use within the Kindergarten program.

Sustainability is embedded in our centres philosophy through, worm farms, compost, vegetable gardens and chicken eggs. Our outdoor play space includes a mini bike track, adventure fort and yarning circle while our indoor environments include a Children’s Cafeteria (aka Cenare’), a Kids Kitchen or Food Lab and dedicated art space (aka Atelier). Our onsite Chef also prepares wonderfully nutritious meals daily for the children including Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Late Snack.
